On the evening of May 28<\/strong>, the organizing committee of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards (VIFOTEC)<\/strong> presented prizes to outstanding research projects with high practical application value. In 2024, a total of 128 projects<\/strong> participated, and 42 exemplary studies<\/strong> were awarded, including:<\/p>\n

Among them, DUYTAN Recycling<\/strong> was honored to receive the First Prize<\/strong> in the field of Technology for climate change adaptation, environmental protection, and sustainable resource use<\/strong> with the project:
\u201cCircular solution for recycling used PET plastics into PET \u2013 Bottle-to-Bottle\u201d<\/strong>, collaboratively developed by the DUYTAN Recycling team.<\/p>\n

This is a national-level award<\/strong> that honors outstanding initiatives in the field of science and technology, especially those with high practical value that promote the circular economy<\/strong> and sustainable development<\/strong>.
The “Bottles-to-Bottles” PET recycling project<\/strong> applies advanced and pioneering technologies in Vietnam to recycle used plastics into new packaging materials.
This model of PET recycling not only helps reduce plastic pollution, but also produces recycled PET (rPET)<\/strong> with quality equivalent to virgin plastic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
