On November 27, 2025, in Hanoi, the Finance & Investment Newspaper hosted the Sustainable Development Forum 2025 under the theme “Driving Forces for a Sustainable Era.” The event brought together experts, policymakers, and pioneering businesses committed to sustainability. It took place right after COP30 in Belém, Brazil (November 10–21, 2025), where global leaders once again warned about the dangerous threshold of climate change and emphasized the urgent need for green growth and carbon neutrality.
Digital and Green Transformation – Foundations for Vietnam
Speaking at the forum, Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Tam stated:
“For Vietnam, this is both a challenge and an opportunity to accelerate innovation in our growth model, enhance national competitiveness, and affirm our position in the global value chain.”
In recent years, Vietnam has proactively implemented strategic changes to adapt to global realities and pursue sustainable development. Digital transformation and green transition are considered two key pillars to achieve this goal.
DUYTAN Recycling’s Role in Circular Economy
Amid the dynamic movement of Vietnam’s recycled plastics market, DUYTAN Recycling has chosen a challenging yet meaningful path: recycling PET plastics to create new raw materials, reducing plastic waste, and protecting the environment.
A DUYTAN Recycling representative shared:
“This is not just a business decision, but a long-term commitment to the environment and Vietnam’s sustainable future. We believe that every plastic bottle, once considered waste, can return with new value in the circular economy.”
With significant progress achieved, DUYTAN Recycling continues to affirm its pioneering role in promoting circular economy, accompanying Vietnam on its journey toward carbon neutrality and sustainable development.
